Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on personal care products. We recommend purchasing one of our smaller items to test out any scents or products. If we have made a mistake with your order (and it happens), please let us know at madcitysoap@gmail.com, and we will make it right. We may request a digital photo if there is a problem/damage with an order in order to better serve future customers. Shipping charges are not refundable.

If you have skin sensitivities or allergies please read the ingredients carefully prior to purchasing. All fragrance oils have the potential to irritate sensitive skin. We will not be held liable for any allergic reaction, skin sensitivity, or irritation caused by the use or misuse of any of our products.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We pride ourself in outstanding customer service.
